1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Karmith's website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the 'Services'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us.
3. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are displayed in USD by default, with optional currency conversion for international customers.
4. Orders & Payment
The merchant display name for all orders is KARMITH. By placing an order, you agree to pay the displayed order total and any shipping charges. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and are processed by the applicable secure payment provider.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship from China. Please allow 3 business days for order processing before dispatch. Estimated delivery is approximately 15 calendar days after dispatch; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and customs or carrier delays may occur. International orders are shipped duties unpaid (DDU/DAP). The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Custom or personalized items are final sale.
Genesis Pass Membership
Genesis Pass membership benefits are conditional on a retained qualifying purchase. Refunded, cancelled, reversed, or chargeback orders may lose membership privileges, including AI access enhancements, member-only benefits, and future eligibility for compliant asset-backed programs. On-chain tokens may remain visible on public networks, but Karmith may revoke off-chain membership benefits tied to invalidated purchases.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Karmith and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karmith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region. Any dispute will be handled under the applicable laws and jurisdiction determined by mandatory conflict-of-law and consumer-protection rules.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated 'Last updated' date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
