How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping: 7-14 business days. Express: 3-7 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance.

Why hasn't my tracking updated?

Tracking may take 24-48 hours to activate after shipping. For international orders, tracking may not update during customs clearance.

My package says delivered but I haven't received it.

Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If still missing after 3 days, contact us and we'll investigate.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
